Your Time at Edinburgh

Why did you choose to study abroad in Edinburgh?
I chose to study abroad in Edinburgh because I wanted a completely new experience, at what better time in your life is there to completely uproot yourself and try something new as when you are young and have no strings tying you down. I was given the opportunity and I took it.

What do you enjoy the most about your degree programme?
What I enjoy most about my degree program is the freedom and independence and opportunities to study abroad, as I am currently spending a year in Sydney, Australia.

What opportunities did you take advantage of at Edinburgh?
I joined societies and sport teams and I did a year abroad in Sydney, Australia.

Final Thoughts

What words of encouragement would you have for students from your home state or province thinking about applying to Edinburgh?
Studying and living abroad is an amazing opportunity, it opens your mind to a whole world of options and future possibilities.

How would you describe Edinburgh in three words?
Vibrant, historic, and friendly.

What are you hoping to do after graduation?
Not sure yet, I’m hoping to get a graduate scheme and continue living in the UK for the time being.
